Option 1 : Cash on Delivery or Online Payment After Fitment or UPI Options such as PayTM, GooglePay and Phonepay

Option 2: Payment using Credit/Debit/Net banking options/EMI

The customer is eligible for full refund, if the customer cancels the order or if swadeshimachine.com cancels the order due to some un forseen force majure reasons before the Product is dispatched. Cancellation charges of Credit or Debit card will be withheld.

If the customer cancels the order after the product is dispatched, a Rs 200 for delivery charges plus any credit card / debit card charges will be withheld. In case the product is dispatched and used by customer there will be no refund and will abide by the warranty options of the manufacturer. Note : If the payment is made using a credit card, there will be an extra charge of 2%. If the payment is made using debit card, there will be extra charge of 1%.
